Any problems with our merchandise must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods
We will not take back merchandise that becomes outdated or damaged in your possession
We will not take back merchandise that does not sell.
Any returns must be full cases and in original box.
Items that are discontinued cannot be returned.
We do not credit for individual pieces
Damages that occur in transit via common carrier must be reported to the carrier and Majestic Housewares products upon receipt of the merchandise. Claim reimbursement will be at the discretion of Majestic Housewares products.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on unauthorized returns plus freight if applicable.
Cancellations must be in writing and faxed within 24 hrs. Of initial order received by Majestic Housewares.
Majestic Housewares requires two(2) business day notice for cancellation of delivery
Unless otherwise arranged in advance, all sales are c.o.d. all checks returned to us for "uncollected" or "unavailable" funds will have a $50.00 processing fee added to them.
